At Henry Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
